9 Tips for Finding the Perfect Pair of Golf Shoes

1. Spikes
While a lot of golfers love metal spikes on a shoe, they have the chance of rusting and must be taken care of diligently to prevent it. Also, they’re harder on the grass then other spikes. Rubber, ceramic, or carbide spikes can be pricier, but it’s worth it. What kind of spikes should i put in my golf shoe?

I am about to buy some spikes for my golf shoes but i don’t know what kind i should get. My shoes are Foot joy brand and they are white with, it looks like, black fabric/leather by the lace area. They don’t really look like any on the foot joy cite.

p.s.- Im probably buy the Softspike brand

I use the Black Widow for my Foot Joys. Replace them every 3 to 4 months. Have tried several other brands, but these seem to last the longest. If you can avoid walking on the cart paths, sidewalks and parking lots as much as possible, it extends the wear on the soft spikes. No courses allow metal any more.
