Exhaust Nocking.. any ideas?
I originally thought my Back box was broken and making a wierd noise, but it turns out theres nothing wrong with the box itself… but when i hit speedbumps or when the engines cold theres a nocking noise coming from somwere, its deffinatly somthing to do with the exhaust system as when i shook it by hand it made the same noise…anybody know what that could be?
it tends to do it alot wen the engines cold and you accelearte (im guessing causing the exhaust to move about) and you get exactly the same noise wen you hit a bump or speedmountain…
its a metallick nock/clicky noise.. doesnt sound terrible but its very audible… and incredibly annoying
any ideas on whats broke? thanks

Sevral people have said the Catalitic converter… im resonably sure this is less than 6 months old on this car as ive only just bought it… also isnt that a very expensive part?.. thanks 
you have an exhaust hanger busted someplace on the system, take it to an exhaust shop or to a mechanic where he can put it up in the air on a hoist and then you will see.
