Callaway Golf Bag with Izzo Strap?

Hello everyone…..I need HELP!! pls….i purchased a Callaway golf bag from costco and it came with an IZZO strap….nice bag cant complain…the problem is, everytime i carry the bag it looks/feels the clubs are gona fall out of the bag..the bag is at a 90 deg when i carry it….ive done every adjustment to the strap with no luck…please help….
