The one problem which does annoy appears to be that as with almost all electric scooters it really is not much good on hills, this undoubtedly is very disappointing for any teenager who receives an eZip 500 electric scooter and lives in a less than flat neighbourhood. So, it is a point which should be considered before making a purchase. Another little niggle that has come to my attention is a high pitched whining noise made by the scooter, however I am told that this is greatly reduced by oiling the chain regularly.
One big advantage is that this scooter has a detachable seat, so for scooting to the corner store you can just stand on the deck but for a longer journey just put the seat in place and enjoy a more comfortable ride!
You will have to assemble your eZip 500 but this job I am assured takes little time and is not in the least difficult.
