I am looking to get my golf skills better?

Ok I am 15 and here is what i have in my golf bag i dont know if this helps anything. But i have the r7 superquad driver. r7 cgb irons. Odyssey 3 ball putter. i can drive abot 280 stright. irons go to the right a little. i play golf at a country club about every other day or everyday. depens on the weather. what skills shoud i work on to get my irons and short game better. I also am a good putter.

I think maybe the best thing you could do is to practice your full wedge shots in. If your a good putter then that should help you make more birdies!
I am 17 play off 5 and hit about 240 metres (Ithink that’s 260 yards).
