What are the 3 best meals you’ve ever had& 3 best desserts&where?
As for me:
Meals:
1.A 7-course dinner at Lelli’s Prime in Auburn Hills,MI. The main entree was 1-1/2lb Maine lobster & an 11oz. filet mignon.You could eat the filet with a spoon almost. Sigh.
2.Venison medallions in a marsala sauce-a chef I worked for did this up on a whim at Devils Ridge Golf Course in Metamora,MI.
3.Whipped,then scrambled eggs..wrapped in a phyllo pastry dough,like a croissant,with tomatoes & herbs. This was made at a Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts function.
Desserts:
1.Grandma Buns-Sorta like a cinnamon bun except, instead of swirls of cinnamon, my grandma would put plum filling in the center. Awesome.
2.A bowl of fresh out-of-your-own-garden strawberries with sugar and cream. That is seriously good.
3.Homemade ice cream. Fresh out of the churn. Beyond delicious,ok?
This list was wonderful torture and I left out plenty. LoL.
