In California, do golf carts have to have license plates to be driven on the streets?
I’m thinking about getting a golf cart sometime, and I was wondering what was required for it to be legal to be driven on the street? Does it need a license plate? A set of laws/requirements would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t think they’re legal anywhere on the street. They aren’t safe and go very slow as well as being low so other drivers can’t see you.
